Deborah Ann Woll
Deborah She is of Irish and German descent, was born 1985 on the streets of Brooklyn, New York. She attended ballet, acting and piano classes. When she graduated from Packer Collegiate Institute, she was awarded the BFA at the USC School of Theatre. Deborah began working as a TV actress and was a breakout star in the acclaimed HBO vampire drama True Blood (2008), as a young and fierce vampire girl "Jessica Hamby". She started to get roles in films such as Mother's Day 2010, Seven Days in Utopia 2011. Someday This Pain Will Be Useful To You (2011) as well as Catch.44 2011. They also feature Bruce Willis, Forest Whitaker and Ruby Sparks. Woll's boyfriend, Edward E.J. Scott is a stand-up comedian as is his family. They are both affected by choroideremia. This is a disorder that slowly turns its sufferer blind. She uses her celebrity status to help advocate for them and others with the disease. According to reports the battle she fought against Celiac Disease was inspired by her boyfriend's courage fighting his condition.
